Saratoga Shakespeare Company returns this July to kick off its 10th Anniversary season with Shakespeare’s most famous and haunting play ...

Hamlet:

The Company will transform Congress Park into Shakespeare’s Denmark, where ghosts and graveyards, grief and melancholy, and murder and revenge rule the court.

Hamlet will be performed on the Alfred Z. Solomon Stage in historic Congress Park, Tuesday through Saturday, July 13-17 and July 20-24, at 6 pm; and Sunday, July 18 and 25, at 3 pm.

As always, performances are free, and Congress Park is fully accessible. Join us for our 10th Anniversary season’s production of Hamlet. Plan on 2 glorious hours of Shakespeare’s most famous and haunting play. Bring your blanket and take in the view from the front row. Or, set your chair up just behind the blanket area. Be prepared to get hungry – everyone brings a picnic and the aroma in the park rivals a gourmet establishment. Best of all, Ben & Jerry’s is on-site available for dessert!
